PAYMENT & ORDERING DETAILS:

• ORDERS: (if needed by the following week....larger orders by negotiation...), must be received by Thursday pm, as trees are lifted and packaged on the weekends to be despatched on Mondays, to arrive approximately on Wednesday/Thursday, (possibly Tuesday in metro areas). If it's a long weekend, trees are only despatched on Tuesday. If an order needs to be cancelled/deferred to another date, notification must be received by Friday am.
  
  
• PACKING & HANDLING: A charge of $35 per order applies.
  
  
• FREIGHT: Please add 10% to sub-total of trees. (Not applicable for 1ft Radiata seedlings, as they are sent via Australia Post).
  
• Note: Rural / Regional areas - ( Check your local area for freight / transport practices )
  Per TNT Transport to your door ( if in town ) otherwise nominate a
  drop off point, e.g. Service Station, Stock Agent, Friend, Neighbour etc.
  Trees are sent on Mondays if order is recieved by Thursday, to arrive
  approximately by Wednesday / Thursday..
  
  
• CHEQUES/MONEY ORDERS: Please make payable to Costa's Treeland.
  
  
• CREDIT CARDS:    We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
  
  
• PAYPAL: Please Phone (03) 57534572) for a PayPal "Request for Payment" invoice.
  
  
• DEPOSIT: If you wish to secure trees at the start of the season, for a later date, please forward 20% deposit and nominate your preferred delivery/collection date.
